Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a Board Certified Massage Therapist or Clinical Nutritionist, you’ve come to the right place.

I am trained in a variety of modalities for massage and utilize the foundations of biochemistry, anatomy and physiology and more when working with nutrition.  You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the services I provide.

Also, if you’d like to set up an appointment with me, click on "Contact Me" and send me a message. I will email or call you back to confirm the details of your appointment as well as answer any questions you might have.  You will also receive an intake from for either massage or nutrition to ensure you are prepared for your appointment.  For the nutrition intake form, I will need this returned at least 3 days prior to your appointment with any recent labs you may have.
